Record Shipping Methods & Policy
All unsealed records will be shipped in quality Whiplash record mailers. 

If you purchase a sealed record & would like the vinyl removed from the sleeve during shipping so it won't have potential seam splitting, please let me know in the checkout process comments.  We are not responsible for minor USPS damage or seam splitting if the record is chosen to ship still sealed in the original shrink wrap.

In the USA, music items will be shipped via USPS Media Mail unless otherwise indicated during checkout.  A tracking number will be supplied to you once your item(s) have shipped.  We usually ship within 72 hours of payment.

Record Returns
First City Records uses the standard "Gold Mine" form of record grading.  Most records are ultrasonic cleaned and play graded.  However, not every record will be cleaned or play tested.  In those instances the record is graded visually.  If you are unhappy with the grading of an item please send an email to the owner via the link in the main menu.  We will accept returns in some instances deemed appropriate by the owner.  

Toy & Game Returns
Video games have all been visually graded and tested on traditional consoles unless noted.  Every item has a thorough description & was graded meticulously before listed for sale.  If an item does not work on your console please contact us through the contact page in the main menu.  There are NO RETURNS on video games. 

As with every new business, there will be updates and changes to these policies as we grow.  Every instance where a customer is not satisfied will be taken into special consideration by the owner.
